Libraries as Launchpads brings the Creative Startups LABS: Pre-Accelerator program to public libraries in small towns, urban centers and tribal communities. Our 5-week LABS program is designed for entrepreneurs in the first steps or stages of starting and growing a creative company. LABS courses meet weekly in your public library and fast track your entrepreneurial success!
If you are working on growing your creative business and need a bit more business "smarts" LABS could be a great fit. Participants will:
- Learn how to find and delight customers
- Understand low-cost product development methods
- Plan for cash flow and reaching profitability
This “bootcamp” styled entrepreneur education program is designed for entrepreneurs seeking to enter the market and gain traction. LABS is a 5-week program including 4-course modules, and optional other, peer-to-peer learning, and a celebratory final event for startups and their champions and supporters. Creative Startups faculty co-teach LABS with library Educators as they learn the curriculum and become fully equipped to teach on their own.
