“For good ideas and true innovation, you need human interaction, conflict, argument, debate.”
Margaret Heffernan, business woman, lecturer, and author

Conflict happens in all human relationships.  The big question is how we can make it constructive rather than destructive.  Learning how we view conflict and what our default style for dealing with it are important first steps.  In this session, we’ll be learning about both and how improving our skill can improve our effectiveness and outcomes.

This is a brown-bag lunch event so bring your own lunch! Soft drinks and water will be provided. This workshop is free - but you do need to register!
