Anyone interested in food safety - food handlers, restaurant personnel, homemakers, food manufacturers, food retailers - and anyone seeking to start a food business and own your own business (and be your own boss)!
In this one week course you'll learn food safety, network with other food producers, get packaging and marketing information, learn about food trends, meet the local food regulators, learn about business plans and financing and see how the TCEDC Food Center shared Commercial Kitchen works. This course also includes CBD or Hemp Edibles info on regulations.
