Hi Everyone! WIT Breakfast meetings are resuming for the Fall and Winter.

Please join us as we talk about process mapping and how it can benefit your organization. Looking forward to seeing everyone again after our summer hiatus.

Marilee Garza, President of PMC Solutions, Inc., will present how sharing knowledge through process mapping allows organizations to better understand, improve, and integrate their cross-department functions. She will be presenting tools and discussing strategies for mapping, documenting and sharing organizational processes that help organizations overcome process roadblocks and develop consistent supervisor and peer training.

Marilee Garza Bio:
Ms. Marilee Garza, PMP, became the new President of PMC Solutions, Inc. (PMCS) in March 2012 after spending over 11 years with the company. While with PMCS, Ms. Garza has spent the majority of her time on Military, Environmental and Civil Works projects supporting various districts within the US Army Corp of Engineers. Most recently, Ms. Garza has worked with CNM, Lovelace Heathcare, and Atrinea on various Process Management projects involving process documentation, continuous improvement, process standardization and implementation of PMC's proprietary process management system inProcess™.

A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ms. Garza received her Bachelor's in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University in 2002, and an Executive Master's in Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2011. She currently resides in Albuquerque where she looks forward to a successful tenure as the President of PMC Solutions, Inc.
