In this fast-paced and informative workshop, business owners are introduced to government contracting. Topics include: • Does the government purchase my particular product or service? • Am I "contract ready?" • What do I need to do to get started in government marketing? • What are the federal certifications? • How will being certified help my business? • What resources are available to me? The workshop will specifically describe certifications and program benefits for: 8(a),Women-owned Small Businesses; State of NM Veterans' Services & Service Disabled Veterans certifications.
