nanoTox Academy, together with The BioScience Center, is pleased to offer our Western Region Nanotechnology OEHS Mini Boot Camp designed specifically for those professionals who oversee Engineered Nanomaterial (ENM) operations and who are responsible for influencing Occupational, Environmental, Health, and Safety (OEHS). This intensive one day training program will provide industry professionals with the tools necessary to hit the field working as well as proven means and methods for establishing leading edge Nanotechnology OEHS programs and institutions. The camp consists of a full day of professional development training and will be offered at The BioScience Center 2nd Floor Conference Center in Uptown Albuquerque on March 27th and is open to a limited number of registrants.
This interactive training program requires only a basic knowledge of nanotechnology and offers a comprehensive training experience in Nanotechnology Occupational, Environmental, Health, and Safety. The program itself is focused on providing the OEHS and related professional with proactive information and critical technical concepts relative to the fundamentals of nanotechnology, nanotoxicology, industrial hygiene, risk management, containment/control, regulatory affairs, and occupational health aspects associated with nanomaterial processes.
