One of the biggest challenges for small business owners is growing the customer base. Learn how social media can help you do this -- without becoming an expert!
In today's rapidly-evolving media landscape, social media has become a fundamental tool for small businesses looking to efficiently and effectively connect with existing and potential customers.
Learn about alternative social media platforms, and how to define a social media voice, engage with your audience, manage content and track the effectiveness of your social media efforts. Bring a laptop to the workshop as you will have the opportunity to explore these topics through hands-on activities, including setting up business profiles on each network.
