This workshop is designed to expand the participant's ability to develop and write federal proposal content that is compliant and easy for Government evaluators to score. Any experience level can benefit from this course. The objective of the workshop is to help participants under-stand how to achieve the maximum proposal evaluation points. Topics covered include: 

  • Planning Your Proposal Content: Have a proposal development plan, and follow the plan. 
  • Using a Compliance Matrix: This is your map to avoid getting lost among the requirements. 
  • The Importance of the Proposal Outline to the Evaluators: Yes, it does matter! 
  • Scoring Maximum Evaluation Points:How will Evaluators determine strengthsand weaknesses in your proposal. 
  • An 8-Step Process for Writing Any Pro-posal Section: Any level of proposal ex-perience can use this method. 
  • Writing Demonstration and Practicum 

Instructor: Shannon Lindauer has been leading capture and proposal teams in the Federal Civilian and Defense market sectors since 2002. She has participated in 1,408 individual Federal bids as either a Capture Manager, Proposal Manager or Technical Writer. She holds a Masters and a Bachelors Degree in International Relations and is the President of the Federal Proposal Experts (FPEX), a consultancy based in Santa Fe, NM and Washington D.C.
