Our Presenter:

Zachary Lerner is the principal attorney of Lerner Venture Law, P.C., an Albuquerque, New Mexico law practice specializing in legal support for startups and entrepreneurs. His practice focuses on entity formations, debt and equity financings and general corporate and LLC matters.

Zachary began his legal career in as a transactions associate with O’Melveny & Myers LLP in San Francisco, where he gained experience in a variety of corporate transactions, ranging from secured credit facilities, mergers, and acquisitions, public securities offerings, restructurings, and bankruptcies. In 2010, he joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. and specialized in corporation finance for venture-backed companies. He holds a B.A. in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he earned membership into the Order of the Coif.

As an entrepreneur himself, Zachary has a passion for helping founders navigate the legal issues associated with launching a successful software startup or other business venture.
